Actionable Tip Of The Day

Do not ever buy a stock using the market order option.

Always use the limit order.

The reason for this is if you use the market order, it will buy the stock immediately at the market price.

Especially with brokerages, they will sometime buy the stock at a higher price.

When you use the limit order, you’re able to control the price you buy and sell at.

You will also be protected by the volatility and unexpected price swings.

The only drawback of a limit order is it may not execute if the market doesn’t reach that specific price.

I always get the question of “What’s the best investing strategy?”

And to answer this as truthfully as possible.

There is no best investing strategy.

You need to find the best investing strategy that fits for you.

For your lifestyle, and for your band-with.

Ask yourself this:

Do you want to be a full-time trader or do you just want to use the stock market as a vehicle for financial freedom?

If you answered a full-time trader, I would recommend you day-trade.

If you answered the other, I would recommend you looking into swing trading/value investing.

For me personally, I don’t want to look at the markets 24/7..

I don’t want to have to use complicated technical indicators.

So a combination of swing trading and value investing works for me.

So before you try another investing strategy.

Ask yourself what you want.

You probably have the answer already.
