What does this mean?

When the crowd goes right, you go left.

That is the foundation of being a contrarian investor.

They believe that if follow the herd (crowd) you can often buy into mispriced stocks.

This means:

• Buying during market panics or crashes (when everyone is selling)

• Investing in out-of-favor industries (when everyone is investing into A.I.)

• Selling popular, overvalued "hot" stocks (this is GameStop and AMC Hype Train)

5. Being patient and brave enough to stick with your choices, even if they don't pay off right away

In short, it's about thinking for yourself and not just following the crowd, but doing so wisely and with good reasons.

3. Look for when someone is overly excited about something

4. Stick to the basics

5. Keep constantly learning

If you can do this properly, you will be able to successfully invest in the stock market.
